Company DescriptionFinanceJob DescriptionLocal candidates to NY / NJ - Only at this time !! / IM Finance and TM1 exp required !!We're seeking someone to join our Segment Reporting & Analytics Team in Investment Management Finance (IM Finance) to be involved in reporting the IM Segment results during the quarterly due diligence process and the multi-year forecast processes.What you'll bring to the role:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Desired 5+ years of work experience.
• Desired technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI) and financial software applications, such as TM1.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deal with colleagues/clients of all levels
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to and manage deadlines.What you'll do in the role:- Support quarterly revenue, expense and balance sheet reporting for the IM Segment
• Support FP&A deliverables related to quarterly external disclosures (10K/Q/14Q), partnering closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure integrity, consistency, and risk awareness.
• Complie sensitivity analysis and scenario framing to inform senior management and risk discussions.
• Compile weekly summary of projected IM results, including net flows, AUM and P&L.
• Support quarterly expense reporting, including detailed analysis of drivers for teams with the IM Segment.
• Support efforts to enhance forecasting, reporting, and control processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and analytical rigor.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
