About the Role:

Seema Y Haque MD PA is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Arlington, TX. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-focused medical team where your professionalism and people skills make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR system
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and communication between patients and clinical staff
• Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and presentable

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical front desk or healthcare administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and basic medical billing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
