Janitorial Technician - Northborough, MA

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure cleanliness of all assigned areas

- Maintain restrooms by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met

- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively

- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a healthy environment

- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
