Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $45-55 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Love working with kids – they make up 70% or more of our patient base. Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service by offering Same Day Care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patient condition and needs, and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
