Ensure quality and adequacy of services; supervise staff where required. Perform care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act. Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Willing to perform visits and shifts as assigned. Willing to see patients in all locations as assigned. Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas. 2–5 years of infusion experience preferred. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Proof of eligibility to work in the US. Reliable car and auto insurance. Pass state and federal criminal record check(s). Current CPR/BLS certification. Recent (within the last year) TB/Chest X-ray on record. Wound care experience. Lab draws and PICC care experience. Port experience is a plus. Other specified experiences: peripheral lab draw (1 year preferred), PICC dressing change (1 year preferred), infusion (1 year preferred), wound care (1 year required), wound vacc (1 year required).
