We offer a collaborative culture, opportunities for growth, and the ability to work with some of the world's leading brands while advancing your marketing career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, demand generation, and market share expansion across North America.You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, and global teams to execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives in a cross-functional environment and has a passion for retail technology, digital marketing, and campaign optimization.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role provides operational support and coordinates requests to maintain smooth team operations, while also leading the Americas marketing team in campaign reporting and budget monitoring.Execute integrated marketing campaigns to support retail solutions across loss prevention, inventory intelligence, and traffic analyticsDevelop and implement North America digital marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM) programsSupport global product launches while localizing campaigns for regional market needsCreate, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content across digital channels (email, web, social, and sales materials)Leverage PR, media relations, and global campaign assets to increase brand awareness and lead generationPartner with sales and account teams to align marketing strategies with pipeline and revenue goalsPlan and execute marketing events including trade shows, customer events, and webinarsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (product, communications, digital, sales) to drive go-to-market strategiesMeasure and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates) and optimize initiatives accordinglyWork with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) to track and report performanceManage agency and vendor relationships to support campaign executionTrack, monitor, and report on marketing budgets and campaign performance for the Americas regionDevelop sales enablement materials such as presentations, collateral, and account-specific assetsPartner with sales to support prospecting, pipeline growth, and account targeting strategiesExecute account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement with key enterprise clientsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a large corporate or global organizationProven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign executionExperience using Salesforce, Pardot, or similar marketing automation toolsStrong ability to create compelling marketing content (internal and external communications)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimizationExcellent project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership levelsSelf-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong attention to detailExperience in retail, retail technology, or SaaS environmentsHands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategiesFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or similar tools)Experience supporting sales teams with marketing collateral and custom presentationsKnowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation best practicesBe part of a global leader in smart, sustainable buildings and retail technologyWork in a collaborative, innovative marketing environmentGain exposure to enterprise-level digital marketing and global campaignsGrow your career with learning, development, and advancement opportunitiesContribute to meaningful solutions that shape the future of retail and customer experience
