Visual Merchandiser - Sede e Rete Vendita

La Capri S.r.l, realtà multinazionale italiana del fashion retail, Visual Merchandising commerciale per il brand GUTTERIDGE . Per contribuire allo sviluppo della nostra realtà, GUTTERIDGE leader nel settore d'abbigliamento maschile, ricerca un Visual Merchandising con consolidata esperienza nel ruolo. La sede di lavoro sarà presso l'headquarter di Nola, ma la mansione prevede spostamenti cadenzati su punti vendita di tutto il territorio nazionale per esecuzione allestimenti, controllo e formazione. Responsabilità Supportare la progettazione e la realizzazione degli allestimenti di vetrine e spazi espositivi presso la sede. Assicurare la corretta applicazione delle linee guida di Visual Merchandising all'interno della rete vendita. Visitare regolarmente i punti vendita per verificare la qualità dell'esecuzione degli allestimenti e il rispetto degli standard aziendali. Affiancare e formare i team dei negozi sulle tecniche di visual merchandising e sull'applicazione delle direttive Retail. Collaborare con il team Retail per garantire un'immagine del brand coerente e uniforme in tutti i punti vendita. Monitorare gli allestimenti, individuare opportunità di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni per valorizzare il prodotto e l'esperienza del cliente. Requisiti Passione per la moda e spiccata sensibilità estetica. Motivazione. Proattività, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in autonomia. Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio. Patente. Esperienza maturata nel ruolo, in contesti Retail del settore abbigliamento formale maschile (non meno di 3 anni di esperienza continuativa). Abilità comprovate di vestizione di manichini e di utilizzo di mezzi di presentazione. Conoscenza consolidata delle tecniche di visual merchandising abbigliamento maschile e capacità di pianificazione a breve e lungo termine. Conoscenza e praticità di utilizzo dei sistemi informatici quali PowerPoint e Excel. Plus: conoscenza ed utilizzo di Photoshop. Benefici Un contesto dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
