Mortgage Delinquency & Loss Mitigation Specialist

Cathay Bank is seeking a Collections/Claims Specialist to manage mortgage loss mitigation and collections, contact delinquent borrowers, and coordinate loss mitigation options in compliance with investor guidelines and law. You will review delinquent inspections, submit and track claims to investors, provide strong customer service, and perform general clerical duties while supporting the Bank's mission to help borrowers regain current status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cathay Bank
