Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Testing: Analyze blood, body fluids, and tissue samples accurately
• Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments

• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal regulatory standards

What You'll Need:

• Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
