We're looking for a dedicated Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Whether you're newly certified or experienced, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Testing: Analyze blood, body fluids, and tissue samples accurately
- Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Provide timely results to support diagnosis and treatment
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal regulatory standards
What You'll Need:
- Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
