Assistant Coordinator, Clinical Research (Part‑time) – Division: Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences – Work Arrangement: Onsite only – Location: Houston, TX – Salary Range: $18.82 – $22.14 hourly – FLSA Status: Nonexempt – Work Schedule: See Job Posting Summary The Assistant Coordinator will assist Dr. Chadi Calarge's research team by providing administrative support to the research lab. Day‑to‑day duties will include contacting research participants for appointment reminders, entering participant information into a database, and assembling documentation for appointments. This position will provide administrative support to Dr. Chadi Calarge's research lab. The research lab has expanded tremendously and additional administrative support to the research lab is needed to ensure contacts with participants are kept up with in a timely manner. Job Duties Contact research participants and families for appointment reminders by letter or phone, confirming eligibility. Ensure patient documentation is completed and entered into database. Assemble documentation for appointments. Coordinate with research staff for participant scheduling. Contact participants on a monthly basis for interim data collection. Attend weekly lab meetings. Order supplies and equipment. Perform other duties assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. No experience required. Work Authorization Requirement This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
