Job Details Certifications: BLS, NBCOT Education Requirements: Must possess a valid Washington state license or a compact license Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Skilled Occupational Therapy experience (no inpatient experience accepted), with at least 1 year within the last 3 years. OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care; proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Days, minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include delivering OT services to adult patients, managing 4-5 patients daily, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time. Additional Notes: The traveler is expected to have reliable transportation, with occasional maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory. Timely communication and documentation are mandatory. Submission Requirements: Active drivers license, personal transportation, and Monday orientation. RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application.
