Recommend products by asking questions to identify customer needs and inspiring purchases. Offer options and solutions to customers to complete the sale. Wrap‑up the moment to close out the customer's shopping journey, celebrating their purchases and sharing in their excitement. Master store products, services, loyalty programs, and Macy's sales systems. Maintain department recovery standards, including selling floor and fitting rooms. Deliver optimal merchandise execution presentation, ensure accurate pricing, and process markdowns in a timely and accurate manner. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections. Skills You Will Need Product Knowledge – good understanding of products and ability to give expert guidance. Communication – comfortable communicating with customers virtually, via phone, and in person.
