Job Description

The Vancouver Clinic is hiring a general radiologist any subspecialty background welcome for our growing 7-person department. Were an independent, 100% physician-owned, 500-clinician multispecialty group in southwest Washington, 15 minutes from Portland, in a state with no income tax. Were adding capacity ahead of a new CT coming online at our Camas site and continued clinic-wide growth. Start date is flexible, with room for a 2026 or 2027 start.

The Compensation
\n Our radiologists earned $550K$665K in 2025 by choice of shift count; a full 4-day-per-week schedule models to ~$736K
\n ~$4,000/9-hour shift ($440/hour) is our 2026 YTD partner rate
\n Pooled partnership model: wRVUs go into a monthly pool and are distributed pro-rata by shifts worked, on an average workload of 72 wRVU/day
\n Full partner shift rate from day 1 no associate discount
\n 2-year partnership track with no large buy-in
\n Internal partners get first right of refusal on open shifts before locums extra income is available whenever you want it
\n Starting bonus up to $35,000, scaled to FTE

The Schedule
\n 8 AM to 5 PM weekday shifts
\n 34 shifts per week is what most of us work by choice; more available if you want it
\n One in-person day per week; the rest remote
\n No call. No nights. No weekends. No hospital responsibilities.
\n Vacation is highly autonomous. We are intentionally family-friendly.

The Work
\n A broad outpatient mix: CT, ultrasound, plain film, PET/CT, and MR, shared across the department
\n Strong general body imaging skills are a plus
\n No mammography. No barium fluoroscopy. No IR.
\n 7 radiologists across multiple subspecialties youll read to your strengths while sharing the general volume
\n Volume is growing steadily, with a new CT coming online at our Camas site
\n Tools include Visage PACS, 3 Siemens 1.5T MRIs, 2 dual-energy CTs (3rd arriving 2027), GE Logiq E10 ultrasound, cloud-based PowerScribe

The Location
