- Setting: Clinic + Endoscopy (4 hrs clinic, 4 hrs endo daily)
- Special Procedures: EUS/ERCP not required; higher rates available for candidates who can perform them
- Patient Population: General Gastroenterology
- EMR: Provided during credentialing

- License: Willing to license; credentialing can begin pending license
