Trust Officer

SHR Talent is partnering with a leading independent trust and wealth management firm in Atlanta, GA in its search for a Trust Officer to join their growing team. The Trust Officer is a key client-facing position responsible for administering trust accounts, developing client relationships, and providing personalized fiduciary guidance across complex portfolios. As part of a collaborative and client-centered team, the Trust Officer will manage a book of trust accounts, ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and beneficiaries. The ideal candidate for the Trust Officer opportunity will bring both technical expertise, excellent communication and client relationship skills, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the firm in meetings and client discussions confidently. Responsibilities Administer and oversee a portfolio of personal trust accounts Coordinate with investment, tax, and legal professionals to manage client objectives Maintain fiduciary compliance and accurate recordkeeping Participate in client meetings and develop long-term relationships Assist in new client onboarding and account transitions Contribute to business development efforts as appropriate Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, preferred 3+ years of trust administration or fiduciary experience Background in accounting, finance, investments, or law preferred Strong understanding of estate planning and fiduciary principles #J-18808-Ljbffr SHR Talent
