From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Job Skills / RequirementsACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field SupervisorSchedule: Part-Time | 20 Hours per WeekLocation: Jenkintown, PAPay: $19.00 Per HourWe are currently hiring an ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a driving position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check.Responsibilities:Conduct site inspections and security checks at assigned locationsServe as the primary liaison between clients and company managementSupervise, support, and train security officers in the fieldRespond to incidents, operational issues, and emergenciesAssist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and call-offsComplete incident reports, site audits, and daily documentationEnsure officers comply with company policies and client expectationsRequirements:Current ACT 235 CertificationPrevious Security Supervisor experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass criminal background and MVR checksMust possess and maintain a Level II retention holster and duty beltStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldEducation Requirements (All)HS Diploma GED or H.S. EquivalentCertification Requirements (All)Driver's LicenseThis is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts Available | Part-Time | 20 hours.Relocation is not required and travel is required for day trips only
