• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)

• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to diverse student needs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with educators, families, and other specialists
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment and assistive technology beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations
• Design and deliver direct OT services that foster educational access and functional skill development
• Document progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support teachers and staff with strategies for classroom adaptations and student engagement
• Contribute to IEP meetings with insights and data-driven recommendations
• Engage families to promote carryover of skills across settings
