Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced office environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing personnel, optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality service.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational procedures and workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
• Provide ongoing leadership, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused work environment.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compensation recommendations.

Human Resources & Administration

• Support human resources functions including onboarding, policy administration, training, and employee development.
• Assist in developing and maintaining workplace policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training programs and ensure staff are equipped with the tools needed for success.

Customer Service & Client Retention

• Oversee customer service operations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and service quality.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Systems & Process Management

• Oversee business systems and technology used to support daily operations.
• Ensure employees are properly trained on company software and operational systems.
• Monitor system usage and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management or operations experience .
• Previous leadership experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of business operations and workflow management.
• Experience with human resources functions, employee development, and performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with business management or CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
