Sun City Hilton Head Pro Shop Sales AssociateSun City Hilton Head is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Pro Shop Sales Associate to join our Golf Operations team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests while supporting daily retail operations in the golf shop.Key Responsibilities:Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional mannerProcess merchandise and golf fee transactions accurately through POS systemMaintain attractive and organized merchandise displaysAssist with inventory management, receiving, and restockingAnswer phones and schedule tee times as neededProvide product knowledge and recommendations on apparel, equipment, and accessoriesAssist with tournament operations and event preparationEnsure the golf shop remains clean, organized, and well-presentedQualifications:Strong customer service and communication skillsRetail or hospitality experience preferredBasic golf knowledge preferred but not requiredComfortable using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactionsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAvailability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
