Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Pay $79/hr (w2, eligible for insurance and benefits!) Job Level: Senior, 7 years of experience required We’re seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead affiliate and partner marketing initiatives across the Americas, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This role will develop and execute affiliate strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across key product and campaign launches. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across digital marketing, paid media, brand, and ecommerce to optimize performance and deliver a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks Identify and onboard high-performing partners to expand program reach Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and reporting to optimize ROI Partner with paid media, brand marketing, ecommerce, and other cross-functional teams Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and partner incentives Oversee tracking, reporting, attribution, and partner payouts Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities Manage affiliate marketing budgets and support scalable program growth Qualifications 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or performance marketing Proven track record driving revenue through affiliate partnerships Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, attribution, and reporting Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, CJ, Performance Horizon , or similar Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing Preferred Experience in retail, consumer electronics, technology, or other consumer-focused industries Knowledge of SEO and content marketing as they relate to affiliate marketing Experience managing affiliate programs across multiple markets or regions #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
