The candidate will be responsible to work with Tech Lead, Business, DevOps, Backend and Architecture teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product management, fellow technologists and Tech Lead to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiencesProvide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM teamSelf-managing to come up with pre-sprint technical design and grooming activitiesDrive user story analysis, elaboration and designThrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automationDrives low-level design and contributes to high-level architectureChampion modular design, reuse, separation of concern, high cohesion and loose couplingEnsure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standardsStay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to PrudentialEnable change, help accelerate innovation and ensure customer delightDrive software development activities to meet schedules and timelinesResearch problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problemsConduct unit testing and integration testing for functionalityEnsure that software standards and quality targets are met via mandatory code reviewsRequirement:Experience developing mission critical applications in agile environmentPossess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with engineers, cross-functional teams and business partners to develop high-quality applications5+ years of experience working in salesforce.com with full lifecycle implementationsExperience in building custom applications using APEX, Lightning and UI related coding technologiesExperience with agile development methodologies and TDDExperience with service, sales and marketing cloud implementationKnowledge of DevOps tools such as CodeDeploy, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible is highly desirable5+ years of experience with integrations third party applicationsFamiliarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenId Connect, OAuth 2.0)Certification (401 or platform developer or 501)Experience with source driven development using GIT, ANT & IDE like IntelliJ or VS CodeExposure to designing and building framework or platformExperience with process builder, flow and workflowExperience with omni channel and lead routingExperience with Marketing & Service cloudIt is a huge plus if you have:Experience with SFDXExperience with Avaya open CTI and Lightning UIExposure to client-side technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Protractor, JSON, RESTExperience with Vlocity, ClaimFirst & BPM solutions like PegaExposure to monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etcBachelor of Computer Science or Engineering
