Turnkey EPC Procurement Lead for Large Chiller Plants

JP Government Solutions seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement for two 21,000-ton central chiller plants, handling vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, expediting, logistics, and supplier performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10 years of procurement experience on large industrial projects, plus EPC or turnkey delivery and strong ERP/Procurement system skills.
