We are seeking Guest Service Champions who thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in the food/restaurant industry or similarly demanding 24/7 operations, as these skillsets transition well into hospitality.
Selected candidates will undergo structured training across key hotel operations, beginning in housekeeping followed by night audit, to build a strong operational foundation. We encourage those who are looking to grow within a company to apply!

Primary duties of the Guest Service Champion include:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a welcoming and service-focused environment.
• Room inspections and cleaning standard.
• Linen and inventory management.
• Basic reporting and system reconciliation.
• Overnight guest service support.
• Assist in various hotel departments as needed to support operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the property.

Requirements of the Guest Service Champion:
• Restaurant, food service, or fast-paced 24/7 operations preferred.
• Any high-pressure environment requiring long hours and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn multiple hotel functions, starting with housekeeping and night audit.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable with scheduling and job duties.

Hours: Sunday - Saturday must be available all shifts 24-hour business. Will work 40-50 hours a week. Will be working 5.5 days a week. Hours will vary depending on business needs.


Pay rate: $13.00- $15.00/hr based on experience
