As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 07:00 PMTue01:00 PM - 07:00 PMWed01:00 PM - 07:00 PMThur01:00 PM - 07:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and tenants by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a healthcare medical office location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site-specific policies. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
