Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay: Current step - internal candidates, $19.34 / hour - external candidates

Additional Details: Part-time, Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday 07:30 am - 1:30pm. The desired location for this position would be Pellston, MI. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
