Front Desk Clerk (PT/Weekends Only)

As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Front Desk Clerk is to provide smooth guest arrival and departure procedures while maintaining high hospitality standards. This role is responsible for verifying the accuracy of room blocks, pre-registration, and pre-assignment of rooms, and properly assigning rooms based on room location, rate, guaranteed room types, Marriott Reward Members, or group status. This role also handles guest concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Warmly greets guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Skillfully assigns rooms based on location, rate, selling strategies, guaranteed room types, Marriott Reward Members, or group status. Issues room keys and provides escort instructions to the Bellhop for smooth arrivals. Responds to guest inquiries about hotel services, local amenities, entertainment options, and travel directions, providing helpful recommendations. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of in‑house groups or events and current local events to keep guests well-informed. Why Join Us?
