Program Fidelity & Quality Coach
Community Bridges, Inc.
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Fidelity Specialist to support Housing & Community Integration and other community programs. You will monitor fidelity to HUD, CoC, and funder standards, evaluate operations and participant experience, and provide coaching to teams. This non-supervisory role advances housing-first practices and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in housing or behavioral health settings, strong data skills in Excel, and relevant HMIS/SPDAT #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Bridges, Inc.
