Production Operator - Plastic Injection Molding Production & Assembly

Loves Park, IL | Full-Time | $17.00+/Hour

Job Overview

Our manufacturing team is growing to meet increased customer demand.

You'll work alongside 4-6 injection molding machines , keeping up with different production cycles.

The machines make the parts. You keep production moving.

No machine setup or maintenance.  This is light-lifting, physically active production work.

• MONITOR machine cycles and collect produced parts
• INSPECT parts for quality
• ASSEMBLE, LABEL & PACKAGE finished products
• REPORT defects or machine concerns
• KEEP your work area and walkways safe

Shift Availability

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

• MOVE between multiple machines throughout an 8-hour shift
• BEND & REACH to retrieve parts
• WORK quickly and accurately with your hands
• JUGGLE multiple production cycles
• LIFT up to 20 lbs. as needed
• WORK SAFELY in an active manufacturing environment

Production experience is a  plus, not a requirement. We're looking for people who learn quickly, notice details, and are ready for a consistent 2nd shift schedule.
