Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in New Orleans. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator with a passion for client relations and marketing strategy. As a Junior Account Representative, you will support senior account executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Monitor client deliverables and track performance metrics
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
- Address client questions and provide prompt resolutions to issues
- Communicate client needs effectively to internal departments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
