### Requirements


✔ Active Montana RN License
✔ Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
✔ Minimum *3* Years of Medical-Surgical Nursing Experience**
✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
✔ Current ACLS Certification
✔ Current PALS Certification


### Responsibilities


* Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, with occasional pediatric patients as needed.
* Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
* Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
* Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care while adhering to professional nursing standards.
