Coordinator - Delivery Logistics

Holman, a global automotive services organization, invites applicants for a Delivery Logistics Coordinator – Vehicle Supply Chain position in our Mount Laurel, NJ office. Responsibilities Research the delivery and licensing status of vehicles at courtesy delivery dealerships nationwide. Recall/reprint paperwork, including MSOs for vehicles purchased out of dealer stock and any requested changes from reports or ad‑hoc requests. Communicate all delays that may impact vehicle delivery and provide timelines to Holman internal stakeholders (Client Relations, Vehicle Supply Chain). Upload data and maintain system validity by adding timely, relevant, and concise notes. Serve as the primary point of contact for courtesy dealerships and Holman. Collaborate with the team on projects as needed to meet or exceed delivery deadline expectations. Qualifications Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal partners. Critical‑thinking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑player who can also handle independent projects. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
