Essential Duties - Assists with the coordination and implementation of student organization (RSO) activities, community service projects, and Student Life programs, including event preparation and resource coordination. Maintains accurate records of student participation, RSO engagement, and program outcomes while supporting general inquiries from student organizations. Contributes to the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and outreach efforts to increase awareness of RSO activities, service opportunities, and Center for Student Involvement programs. Performs a variety of clerical and program support tasks like copying, filing, scanning, data entry, and general office support in a professional manner. Picks up and distributes mail to appropriate personnel.

Required Qualifications - Must be a currently enrolled student who is registered for classes. Knowledge of clerical and general office procedures and practices and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to organize and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner, and demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to serve as a secondary point of contact for callers and visitors to the administrative office/department.

Salary - $8.50/hr
