Residential Care & Independence Specialist

ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Residence Program Specialist to support residents in a ADAPT residential facility. You’ll help with ADLs, safety, advocacy, and skill-building to promote independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with care teams, responding to emergencies, administering AMAP under supervision, and assisting with meal planning and transportation.
