- Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, current Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification, proof of Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practitioner License or temporary license, zero years of experience required.
- Additional Information: Experience in Neonatal Intensive Acute Care units is preferred. No call, weekend, or holiday requirements. Float: Float rotation may be required.
