Pay Rate: $ 1800 To $ 2088 per week


Contract: 13 Weeks


Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift


Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Telemetry Registered Nurse Experience Required


About the Role


The Registered Nurse - Telemetry / MedSurg provides direct nursing care to adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical care. The role includes telemetry monitoring, post-cardiac procedure care, stroke assessment, medication administration, patient documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team. Both local and travel candidates are eligible for this assignment.


Requirements
• Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry Registered Nurse experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• Experience with TR Band management, post-cardiac catheterization care, cardiac procedures, and hemostasis management required
• Proficient in stroke assessment and telemetry monitoring
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must successfully complete an Advanced Dysrhythmia Examination during onboarding with a minimum passing score of 80%
• Willingness to float to ED Hold, ICU, PCU, and affiliated Concord Hospital locations as needed
