As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , you'll build relationships with customers, address their insurance needs, and ensure every interaction reflects the agency's commitment to outstanding service. You'll work closely with an experienced team that provides hands-on training, licensing assistance, mentorship, and professional development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, values organization, and seeks a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

• $16 to $19 per hour base pay
