Senior Real Estate Accountant — Multi-Entity Specialist

May-June, 2026 Job Type: on-site/hybrid, 40 hrs week Job Salary: 80-90k Benefits: Eligible A well established real estate group is seeking a Senior Level Accountant to support a multi‑entity environment that includes commercial, residential, and occasional non‑real‑estate ventures. The structure involves numerous partnerships of varying sizes, requiring someone who can manage diverse entities, work across multiple software platforms, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. This role is ideal for an accountant who can operate confidently in a one‑hat‑fits‑all position and bring real estate accounting experience, including NNN reconciliations. Requirements CPA not required, position needs to be a one hat fits all role CPA‑eligible (completed education hours) will be considered 2-3 years relative experience Software: Sage Intacct, Sage 300/Timberline, Appfolio, Quickbooks Real estate experience preferred including NNN reconciliations Some hybrid mix of remote is possible but please not for the first few months.
