Business Unit: Agency Pipeline Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Documenting incoming agent contracts and following the appropriate workflow for the contracting process. Preparing contracts for the submission process (i.e. scrubbing, collecting missing information, etc.) Reaching out to agents to retrieve missing items necessary to complete the onboarding process. Send contracting links in a timely and accurate manner. Process contracts through carrier portals. Serve as subject matter expert on agent contracting; assist others as needed with contracting processes. Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication. Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests. Complete all assigned tasks accurately and in the time frame provided by leadership; communicates with leadership if time frames cannot be met or tasks cannot be completed as assigned; communicates when further training is needed to complete task. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Knowledge of Internet software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
