About Our Agency: A proud Ole Miss graduate, I transitioned from being an SVP of Operations for a nationwide property management company to becoming a State Farm agent 13 years ago. I'm actively involved in the Wimberley community, serving on the board of KWVH local radio station and previously on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce and Camp Good Sam. As a husband and father of two boys in Wimberley ISD, I stay engaged in all things local. Our agency is built on small-town family charm, and we go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service, living up to State Farm's promises. Role Description

Byron Eckols - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
