For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Summary: Join Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena as a Prep Cook, where you'll be an integral part of the culinary team, supporting the preparation of high-quality food for Minnesota Wild games, Minnesota Frost games, concerts, and other premier events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and portion ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring seasonings, to support kitchen operations. Assist with the preparation of menu items, such as sauces, sides, and entrees, according to chef instructions and established recipes. Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production. Monitor inventory levels of prepared items and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification. Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Apply to Levy today!
