Compliance Associate

Position Summary The Compliance Associate will support the Money product team by ensuring timely publication of updated compliance requests, providing documentation to financial institutions, implementing compliance updates, and maintaining internal controls. Responsibilities Ensure publishing updated compliance requests in a timely manner. Provide information and documentation needed to financial institutions to satisfy regulatory requirements. Implement compliance updates and track ongoing program support. Build internal controls, create and maintain documentation, and conduct program and partner monitoring. Perform regulatory reviews of new and existing content. Partner with IT and product management to improve site monitoring capabilities and develop new tools. Provide excellent customer experience with partners who request compliance updates. Daily support content management editing and updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, data science, behavioral economics, computer science, or other relevant fields. Minimum one year relevant experience. Familiarity with developing, implementing, and enhancing site monitoring tools. Attention to detail, organization and time management skills. Experience with reporting/tracking tools including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Knowledgeable in core consumer protection regulations (Regulation Z, UDAAP, ECOA, etc.) and ability to monitor web content for regulatory alignment and compliance risks. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of and comfort with using content management systems such as Brightspot. Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices. Knowledge of Internet publishing and metrics, with an acute understanding of SEO. Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Photoshop and web production tasks.
