Packaging Systems Integration Manager

High-Purity Liquid Process Solutions Provider in New Hampshire, United States Position: Packaging Systems Integration Manager My client is an established solutions provider with offices in S. New Hampshire & Portland, ME . They have an immediate need for a Packaging Systems Integration Manager: This role involves packaging equipment associated with high-purity fluid processing systems for sectors such as food & beverage, dairy, breweries, personal care (creams, shampoos & other liquids), and bio/pharma. Once an end-product is formulated, automated equipment is required to dispense and fill various receptacles, which are then transported and packaged for delivery to a distributor. The Systems Integration Manager will lead and coordinate projects, ensuring that packaging solutions are designed & properly installed, and that all processes meet quality standards, as well as budgetary & delivery parameters. Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Packaging Design/Development: Work with clients to assess needs, design packaging solutions, and recommend equipment suppliers. Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, scope, deliverables & timelines. Coordinate teams (Automation/EE/ME/Procurement) for efficient installation, working with in-house client staff. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate perceived risks. Client Collaboration: Convey project progress to senior management and key stakeholders. Management: Hire, train, develop, and evaluate Packaging Department staff. Develop methods, guidelines & policies to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Skills & Experience: BSME/related: 5+ years experience with automated packaging and/or related systems, ideally involving liquid processing materials & processes. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO regulations and standards. Availability to travel locally to clients. Compensation: Salary up to $135k plus discretionary bonuses.
