Events & Community Coordinator

The Events & Community Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events that strengthen Zinda Law Group's brand, deepen relationships with clients and referral partners, and increase the firm's visibility within the communities it serves. This role oversees the logistics and execution of attorney events, client appreciation events, networking events, sponsorship activations, community outreach initiatives, conferences, and promotional activities. Working closely with the Referral Marketing Manager and Marketing team, the Events & Community Coordinator ensures every event is professionally executed, on brand, on budget, and delivers a first-class experience for attendees. We believe the collaborative nature of this role is best supported through regular in-person engagement. This position is primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility and requires attendance at events, team meetings, and other onsite activities. As a result, candidates should be based in or near Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute attorney events, client appreciation events, networking events, educational seminars, sponsorship activations, conferences, and community outreach initiatives Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, registrations, transportation, signage, audiovisual needs, giveaways, and event materials Coordinate promotional items, branded merchandise, event displays, and collateral to ensure a consistent brand experience Partner with the Referral Marketing Manager to support strategic referral events and relationship-building initiatives Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events through email, social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels Coordinate event invitations, RSVPs, attendee communications, registrations, and check-in processes Maintain detailed event calendars, timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure deadlines are consistently met Track attendance, sponsorship deliverables, event expenses, follow-up activities, and post-event reporting Coordinate volunteer opportunities, charitable initiatives, and community partnerships that align with the firm's mission and brand Represent Zinda Law Group professionally at events and assist with on-site execution and attendee experience Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements based on attendance, feedback, ROI, and overall effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience coordinating events, community engagement, hospitality, marketing, or project management Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with event registration platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools preferred Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends as events require Positive, proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly under pressure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Events successfully completed on time and within budget Event attendance and RSVP accuracy Sponsorship deliverables completed on schedule Post-event follow-up completed accurately and on time Attendee satisfaction and event experience Budget management and vendor performance Event timelines, logistics, and project completion What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by flawless execution, organization, attendee experience, and accurate tracking of event performance and follow-up Delivers professional, memorable events that reflect the Zinda Law Group brand and values Executes every event with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and minimal issues Ensures attendees have a seamless, high-quality experience from invitation through follow-up Maintains accurate budgets, timelines, attendance records, and event reporting Supports the firm's referral, community, and marketing strategies through outstanding event execution and operational excellence Firm Philosophy We firmly uphold the value of every individual within our team, ensuring they have the chance to build a rewarding career both financially and personally.
