Resident Aide

We are hiring a full-time or part-time evening and day shift caregivers for Butterfly Homes located in the Billings Heights area. If you are a kind, compassionate individual, apply today! Job Duties To care for residents in an Assisted Living environment while helping to maintain the resident's quality of life with dignity and respect. Assist residents with activities of daily living Maintain resident documentation as needed Obtain residents vitals as directed Distribute resident medications for their self-administration Clean resident rooms and common areas as scheduled Provide laundry services to residents Other duties as assigned by Supervision Skills Needed Good people/communication skills Strong compassionate and caring attitude Willing to work as an active team member Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude Ability to multitask Benefits Paid time off Health insurance 401k 401k company match Guaranteed hours Holiday pay Educational Requirement High school education or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous direct care experience desired, but will train the right candidate. Physical Demands: Walking and standing for greater than 70% of shift.
