Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Millsboro, DE

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, with 36 to 40 hours guaranteed per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient services in Millsboro, DE. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient experience and will manage a diverse patient population. This role will involve seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day and achieving a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapy interventions to improve patients' physical functions.
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware.
Outpatient experience is preferred.
New graduates will not be considered.
First-time travelers will not be considered.
