The Site Supervision Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, management, and operational success of multiple YouthPlaces program sites. This position ensures that all sites provide safe, welcoming, and high-quality environments that support youth development while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and requirements. The Site Supervision Manager serves as a leader, coach, and resource for Teen Development Coordinators, promoting consistency, accountability, and excellence across all locations.

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Teen Development Coordinators and assigned program staff.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality programming and operational consistency.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and professional development of site personnel.
• Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and facilitate regular team meetings with Teen Development Coordinators and program staff to communicate organizational updates, review program goals and performance, address site needs and challenges, share best practices, and promote collaboration and accountability across sites
• Address employee performance concerns and coordinate with the Manager of Operations to implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Program Operations
• Ensure all YouthPlaces sites operate in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor daily site operations to ensure programs are safe, engaging, and youthcentered.
• Collaborate with program leadership to implement new initiatives and improve service delivery.
• Assist with program planning, special events, and seasonal programming.
• Ensure accurate attendance, participant records, and required documentation are maintained.
Program Quality Assurance
• Ensure consistent delivery of highquality, youthcentered programming across all YouthPlaces sites.
• Conduct regular site observations to assess program environment, youth engagement, staff practices, and overall program effectiveness.
• Coach Teen Development Coordinators and program staff on strategies to strengthen youth engagement, relationship building, activity facilitation, and positive behavior support.
• Monitor program quality expectations and performance standards across sites.
• Use program data, youth feedback, staff observations, and other quality measures to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote consistent implementation of YouthPlaces' program model, values, and youth development practices.
• Identify and share effective practices across sites to strengthen overall program quality.
• Support staff in creating environments that are safe, welcoming, inclusive, engaging, and responsive to the needs and interests of young people.
• Collaborate with program leadership to evaluate programming, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Relationship Management
• Build positive relationships with school administrators, community partners, families, and stakeholders.
• Represent YouthPlaces professionally during meetings, community events, and collaborative initiatives.
• Respond effectively to concerns from parents, schools, and community partners.
Budget & Resource Management
• Monitor site supply spending.
• Ensure efficient use of supplies, equipment, and organizational resources.
• Recommend operational improvements that increase efficiency and program quality.

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience
• Minimum of 35 years of supervisory experience in youth development, afterschool programming, education, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple sites or teams preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and staff development experience.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.
• Knowledge of youth development best practices.
• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement continuous improvements.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to travel regularly between YouthPlaces program sites.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, and actively supervise youth programming for extended periods.
Work Schedule
• Fulltime position with evenings and occasional weekends required to support programs, events, and staff.
