Our clint seeks a Billing Associate to support high-volume billing work during its Workday implementation. Responsibilities include generating invoices, entering data, making billing corrections, verifying time and expense entries, resolving discrepancies with other departments, answering basic billing inquiries, and general admin support such as phones, filing, and record organization.
Requirements: High school diploma, strong attention to detail, basic computer and data entry skills, analytical ability, a customer service mindset, professional communication, and discretion with confidential information. Workday experience is preferred.
