Assistant Maintenance TechnicianThe Falls of Beechnut Apartments is currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.Responsibilities:Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional mannerPerform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparationDiagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning unitsIdentify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairsMaintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standardsAssist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenanceRespond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotationThis position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.Requirements:HVAC (A/C) certification requiredPool certification preferredExperience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systemsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFull-time with rotating on-call responsibilitiesBenefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
