Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to Medicare standards.
• Assess patient health status and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately using Kinser software.
• Communicate regularly with physicians, patients, and family members to coordinate and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Medicare requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in Medicare home care nursing.
• Proficiency with Kinser software for patient documentation and care management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Livonia, MI.
