Position Overview We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join a fast-paced customer support team in King of Prussia, PA. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, administrative, and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping clients and working collaboratively across departments. The position operates in a call center environment and serves as a key point of contact for plan sponsors and advisors, ensuring exceptional service and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming client calls and emails regarding account servicing and administrative inquiries. Support a portfolio of advisors and plan sponsors, ensuring their service needs are met. Troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns at the first point of contact whenever possible. Create, manage, and follow up on service tickets to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with internal departments to address client issues and improve the customer experience. Document all client interactions and account updates accurately within internal systems. Participate in client conference calls to provide status updates and communicate resolutions. Assist with complaint handling, problem resolution, and escalation to management or Compliance when necessary. Share client feedback and trends with internal teams to support product and service enhancements. Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness while managing client expectations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent administrative and organizational abilities. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with computer systems and ticketing platforms. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of King of Prussia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
